Luxembourg independent law firm

Founded in early 2014 as an independent law firm by Laurent Lenert, Kayser Lenert & Becker has gradually grown in terms of activity and personnel, while at the same time keeping focused on a personal relationship with trusted clients.

Max Becker, Laurent Lenert and Robert Kayser gained in-depth knowledge in various fields of law in major Luxembourg law firms and their experience allows them to provide high quality of services in general and commercial litigation proceedings and to give expertise, in particular, in matters of contractual and corporate law.

    International legal network

Our firm has joined the international legal network "Euréseau" in June 2016, thus being able to provide our clients with trustworthy and qualified legal advisors in foreign jurisdictions.

  • Laurent LENERT

After completing his European law studies at the Université Paul Cézanne in Aix-en-Provence (France), Laurent was admitted to practice as a lawyer at the Luxembourg bar in 2009.

Laurent had the opportunity to acquire important knowledge in top tier firms in the Luxembourg legal service industry, both in advisory (corporate law and investment funds, regulatory and real estate) and commercial litigation, before founding his own independent law firm early 2014, which merged to Kayser & Lenert in April 2015.

While traditionally specialising in general litigation, with a particular focus on debt recovery, civil and commercial matters, criminal law, as well as insolvency and winding-up proceedings, Laurent offers a broad range of advisory services to natural and legal persons around the world.

Advice is tailored around the individual needs of the clients, their utter and complete satisfaction constituting the ever constant motivation to offer the most complete service to the clients and to assist them in every step of their files.

Laurent is fluent in English, Luxembourgish, German and French.
